These issues are obnoxious

So the commencement couple problems I had with this is not existence able to spend my ain money which I call back is insane due to issues on the company side. Luckily those days I had other funds bachelor. The third time I was unable to move coin from my savings or "piggy bank" called and waited 25 minutes to speak to someone for them to tell me "we don't have that capability"..... excuse me? You're supposed to be able to do any I demand in case of a problem (which is currently happening). And lastly today, I started a new job which I'll currently be receiving two check from 2 split jobs, I have two divide menu numbers and I'chiliad not able to gear up a new account (bc my information is the same) and I'thousand not able to add a carte du jour on my current account. So I approximate the alternative is setting upwards direct deposit with the account information but yet. It's just obnoxious, bluster over.

Terrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The atm map is extremely inaccurate. I called to shut my account. The customer service amanuensis answered, non stating their name or anything and asked why I called. I told them I called to close my business relationship. They asked for my proper name, phone number and e-mail. I was hesitant at first because it seemed similar a scam. I eventually gave them the data. They told me that my account was airtight and that I wouldn't be able to log in anymore. I wanted to test that out and attempted to log in. I was able to log into my "airtight account" effectually five times. I communicated this to the customer service agent and they told me my account was closed. I asked them if it was closed, why could I still access it via the app. The only reason they gave me every bit to why I could yet admission information technology was because the account was not closed online. I asked them if my account was closed on the system, why wouldn't it be airtight online? The agent simply told me that they were going to submit a report to their managing director about this instead of actively trying to ready the issue. Whenever I asked a question, they avoided giving me a straight respond. The unabridged matter seemed like a scam. Information technology felt similar 1 of those stereotypical Indian scam calls. In the end they basically hung upward on me without saying anything. Terrible app, terrible network, terrible customer service.

Steal Money

I got this card from my job and the first time I bought food with the card which came to $52 and charged me $104 I told them that they double charged me and said the money would go back on my card and they but gave me $52 back, I told them they didn't give me all the coin back and the lady starts arguing with me equally if I'one thousand dumb reading all my purchases. Once again this happens I got .ten cents worth of gas because the pump wasn't working it I check my menu and they charged me $79, so I called and she said they'd requite it back in thirty days so I started telling her they can't do that and so I check my carte again and I was missing $158 so then I go on to tell them that this is not legal and she'southward arguing with me as if information technology is. This goes on to happen 3 more times over the past 8 months of having this card. They have never in one case given me that coin back. At ane point they fifty-fifty took $500 and told me that it would go dorsum on in xxx days, and a week later on I get $479 dorsum. I'chiliad surprised no i shut this company downward yet it'due south ridiculous.
